Yep, I also use their download site, Gamespot DLX for demos and trailers now.

Gamespot also shows a round up of other sites review scores, like IGN etc.

I was thinking of Gamespot, which has its ratings, which were poor for both 1080 and Amped, but that is just one person. I prefer the readers ratings.

But I was also talking about personal experience, you know, owning both. I've never been an SSX fan so I never bothered buying it. But having borrowed it, it is a big improvement.

Amped 2 rules though.

What on earth have you been reading?

I can think of numerous magazines which have rated Amped 2 lower than both 1080 Avalanche and SSX 3. Having played all three, I can say I truly agree. Amped 2 has it's nice touches, but is mainly dull - but SSX 3 and 1080 Avalanche are both as good as each other but in different ways.
