Yes, it`s been done before.
No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.

Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

I know what your saying and ive been thinking about this a lot of late maybe switching to part time or something but it really wouldnt be worth it as it's costing a lot in fuel travelling 70 miles a day.

Im thinking about leaving, doing some self study and learning new things -maybe do a course or something? whilst looking for something down south and maybe even something temp part time in Sheffield whilst I do that. I now it's a bit of a risk but I don't see myself advancing whilst im in employement here.

Watched the England game in the hotel in Northampton, along with about 60 guests from a wedding party they were having there, not very impressed with performance but hey at least we got through!

Yeah met loads from the forum, shame Pod screwed up our parking allocation, at one point we had a smaller area that the Micra boys with twice as many cars .... complete shambles and they really need to sort out their marshalling and facilities very soon.

Good luck with the job hunting, personally I wouldn't leave employment wilfully without something else in the pipeline :O

It has helped, cheers.

I've always bought Fifa (whoops!) and enjoyed the fact you could control premiership teams with all the real players etc. But now that doesn't attract me and I actually want some real gameplay and decent footie games. Where its hard to score one let alone five!

Am going to trade in my Enter the Matrix and Mortal Kombat to get the game next week some time. Ain't got much money, my student loan is gonna be spent on a new PC and the rest...

Thanks again...

Its basicly the main league in the game. Pick any of the teams which are some of Europes best. But have none of the original players, just some average ones. You start in the bottom league of three, and have to aim to get promoted to the first. Wins give you points on the table, and transfer points too, so you can buy/loan better players to better your squad, and eventually create a world beating team.

> Can you play as a premiership team?

Yeah, there are usually some Prem teams in, though in the last game they didnt have the original names, like Arsenal were called London. Not sure how what will happen this year.

> Is there infact any 'real' premiership teams?

Yes and No. If you want to play as one of the Prem teams in a friendly, most of the real players are there. But its not got them all in. If thats what you are after, Fifa is what you want, if you can hack the game play.

> Does the season have cup games aswell?

It does. There are cups for the Lower League, then there are 2 Cups to play in in the Top League, sort of resembling the Champs League and the FA Cup. Thats how i saw them anyway.

I have too read this somewhere, i dont know much about it though. Always fancied having a crack as being the keeper though...

Basicly, i cant see any reason if you get it why you wouldnt like it, and most of the other Pro Evo lovers (the game, not me) would contest to this too. You wont be disapointed.

No Problem, hope at least some of that has helped.

Cant think of anything else at the moment... Those are the main questions I think. Feel free to add anything relevant.

Cheers Pro Evo.
