Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Jive, I tend to park away from others but you know what people are like: "thats a nice car, i'll park next to it to keep attention away from my kitted up 1.2 Nova"

But you can always ask them if they will end the auction early if you offer a decent amount of money. Take a chance, what have you to lose?

The thing with eBay is that the price never looks realistic until the final hour of auction.

Well if you looked hard enough you'd have found one for £26 [at the moment] nearly brand new and only being sold due to never being used.

Not a bad price if you found out some more details and offered to buy it now for £60 ..... but as you say the choice is yours.

Ineedsleep, no I know it's not the ideal place to do stock car racing but hey I'm ok, no one was hurt and nothing got broken :|

As for the parking, the thing that really annoys me is, you make a consciuos effort to park well away from anyone else, go visit shop, come back and some idiot has parked next to you with loads of spaces all around :(

Jive - not the ideal place to practice stock car racing, relieved to hear you survived the experience.

I always park my car where I can get in and out safely. Not because I'm too worried about my car more concerned about hitting other vehicles. I've been known to go home without any purchases if I cannot find the perfect spot - I'm such a wuss!

Bane, if I was you I would definitely have a look on ebay, I've just put in the search area, PS2 Console and searched through the Sony Console only area and it's returned 72 up for sale.

Ranging from £26 upto £200, take a look :)

Then you will not find the ideal product :)

The ideal product will not be layered in dried beer, kebab shavings and crisp crumbs.

Well as Neo suggested, try ebay :)

Or how about borrowing one of your mates, if any have got one?
