Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

That sounds familar Icarus, you get up in the morning thinking "i'll do lots of revision today", an hour later your sat there trying to read some notes as well as playing games and cursing at the television.

200 eh? And none are copied?

It's annoying though, especially when I've scheduled a day of full revision, but I find that it's actually an hour of revision, playing on the PC/console, drink, have a meal, then another hour.

I play on my consoles all the time even during the years of my studying. I passed with good grades and doing relatively well. Now I have enough monet to buy all the games I want and got over 200 for my GC Xbox and Ps2 combined.

Packing your consoles away is really brave. I didn't do that once during my studying years, always needed a 'break' now and again (or made some kind of excuse to play on them)

I've been really, really good. On occasion I've nearly succumbed to unpacking the GC but I haven't. Not done good though as I ended up watching a load of trash on TV when usually I only turn it on because I'm going to play on a console.

Ah, I didn't know you studied AND worked! You know what, I think I'm the same on many points - haven't had a lecture (or been to one) since beginning of December, and as a result I'll probably do pretty badly on one or two. In fact, I don't think I'll pass one of the modules.

Never mind.

Oh, and the "packing your consoles so you won't get distracted" plan - I tried that once for my A Level, totally went to bits, as I found I wasted more time unpacking the GC, having a "quick go", then packing it up again saying I won't play until after the exams. In fact, I'm doing it right now to a certain extent; unplugging the cables and so on.
