No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.
Why am I trying it out anyway?
The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.
> no damaged alloys
Quiet you! :P
Don't you just love dumbarse customers? I used to get them by the bucketload when I worked in a call centre. You just feel sorry for most of them though!
Rather slow getting into work this morning, especially round the side roads, once out on the main roads it was fine apart from the low sun blinding everyone.
Made it into work, no accidents, no slides, no damaged alloys :)
Having a damn nightmare already and only been in for 50 mins, computers going wrong, printers not working, people moaning and I've got a letter from a customer who's goddamn thick.....
Ah this is gonna be a great day
In fact on Tuesday night my husband must have got up about 5 times to check out of the window and see if he had a reason to switch off the alarm :)
I work at the Royal Mail office in Halifax. coming out of there I go left, towards the hills. I got stuck in the middle of a junction for a start and then proceeded to repeatedly get myself stuck for ages up the road.
I leave Halifax for the A58, then up to the M62 to get to Leeds. Once I was on the motorway it was fine, then I got back to my neighbourhood where it was still covered with ice. I wouldn't be so hateful towards the weather, but I spun out and damaged one of my wheels -and I wasn't even going fast.
Today hasn't been too bad though, just a little bit of slush in the middles of the road in places.
And I was hoping to get snowed in :)
What is all this scare mongering about snow? Okay, there was a light covering on the paths which froze and made walking dangerous but the roads were clear all the way from Huddersfield.
We had that awful hailstorm about 1.30 pm in Leeds but by the time I went home at 4 pm the roads were all clear again. Listened to the radio traffic bulletin and they said junction 28 - 23 westbound was slow moving due to snow. Well I travelled M621 from Leeds to Junction 27 of M62, came off at Junction 25 and drove all the way home without seeing anything but a scattering of snow on the embankments.
So where is our snow?
*not really
