Yes, it`s been done before.
No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.

Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Stop copying all the previous post please, if you want to get your word count up, think of another way.

Probably about a 100 computers, not all of these are sat there utilising all the bandwidth during the day. Probably about 40% of the computer here are used by people who are constantly sat at their desks and using the computer day in day out, alot of others are out of the office quite a bit of the time.

Been monitoring the network a bit of the day and it's holding up very well, plus we've had some good feedback [not asked for] from users saying it's much quicker :)

Finally calmed down now and returned to normal.

Knackered

Work is hectic, loads of computers not working, need some new cable laid from 2nd and 1st floors to our server room as the cable isn't specced to carry gigabit network traffic :(

Still everything is mightily fast now that we're running on a 100mb connection :)

Heh, I leave my credit card at home now to avoid that kind of persuasion :)

Still, the Switch card seems to be getting quite clever too...

It's not a bad movie. I went to see it at the cinema when it was released, but kind of forgot most of it so re-watched it. I'd say a cross between Resident Evil and Dog Soldiers - but much better than both of those.

Quite gory and shocking in places but a very good film overall.

Oh, and a great soundtrack too.

We got rid of Sky about 18 months ago and to be honest I don't miss it.

What did you think of 28 days later? Someone loaded me a copy of it but I haven't got round to seeing it yet.

My purse actually twitched in my coat when I read that, as if to say "hey, it's a while since we've been there, we should pay it a visit, you know, just to make sure that the shops you like are still there and paying for things on plastic would let you know if you've maxed them out or not"

Wicked, wicked purse :)

Morning Ineedsleep,

A bit quiet here today too - not a rushed as I expected to be.

My weekend mainly revolved around my car - I had tax it up and send the V5 off (after forgetting to bring the insurance certificate with me - meaning I had to go back home to pick that up!). Also bought a workshop manual for it and some little mods for the interior (gear knob, tax disc holder, pedals etc.).

Gutted because our Sky is still out :(

Rented 28 Days later on Saturday night then wasted money at the White Rose centre on Sunday.

All in all, quite an expensive week!

Morning,

Quiet in here today. How was the weekend? A working one for Jive I noticed. I went to Cinderella at the Bradford Alhambra yesterday. It was excellent except for all the kids :)
