Why am I trying it out anyway?
The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Um, I can't be bothered going back through the pages (a lot of chat today) but if the report is on the house you want to buy, and the mortgage people will still give you a mortgage on the property, surely it is in your favour to have the house price knocked down. Will the current owners agree a lower price based on the report?

Um, I can't be bothered going back through the pages (a lot of chat today) but if the report is on the house you want to buy, and the mortgage people will still give you a mortgage on the property, surely it is in your favour to have the house price knocked down. Will the current owners agree a lower price based on the report?

The survey report is for the house we are potentially buying, the survey on my gfs house has already been done and there are no problems.
Your boss sounds pretty cool, same as mine, mine is just laid back to almost horizontal position, could almost get away with murder here, never shouts at me [us] and usually blags us cool stuff from the company :)

I'll have to think of something I can log into the works computer for to keep the tax man off my back but can't say I'm not pleased with the outcome of the conversation we've had :)
My boss is brilliant really. He has a very generous nature and a big heart. However working for him sometimes is a real pain. He is very, very short tempered and will swear alot, sometimes at me, even when there is no need. We have worked together for years now so I either ignore him, cockily solve his problem (which is when he always calls me a smug b*tch) or swear back at him.
We have worked together for years and can read each other very well :)

Jive - survey report. Is it from the potential buyers surveyor. You know the people I mean, always have to find some problem with the house for their customer. I remember we got one that knocked £2.700 off the house price so we just split the costs 50 / 50 with the buyer.
