Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Hi Sleepy .. ah thanks for that info about Grix, I had some vision that something seriously bad had happened to him .. I may well ask in that thread and see what's said.

Don't know exactly what happened to Grix. I seem to remember reading once that it was something to do with the stick his girlfriend got on here but I can't see that as being the sole reason he quit. So I wouldn't mind knowing the truth either.

My dog has a badly swollen paw. The vet shaved it last night but cannot find a wound. Poor thing is now on painkillers and antibiotics and has to go back again tomorrow evening. I think that if she cannot find a wound then she will cut into the toe.

You can do anything you want to me but take a knife to the dog and I don't feel so well :)

I'm probably gonna look a bit of a prat here, but I've just read a couple of posts in anther thread mentioning about Grix ... what's happened to him? Bear in mind that I haven't been on here all the time and have or had been away for quite a while so if it's bad ... don't go mad please :|

Yeah but I've had a few calls already this afternoon so not much peace, plus I've had to do a bit of work from home .. plus I've had the misses badgering me about this and that so all in all, I'd rather have stayed at home :-(

Good thing was .. the engineer who turned up, used to serve and drink in my local and first thing he said when he walked in the door "hey .. you drink in the XXXXXXXXX" - top bloke and sorted out the parental control as well as tell me that the Sky+ card PIN number has been changed by someone other than us :-(

I got my sky installed a month or so ago and is already having problems. Sometimes it can't find the signal or i have to keep phoneing them up to say that my sky says i need to subscribe for sky sports(which is the package i bought for sky). I don't understand why it does this.:s

I did point out that I would cancel my subscription if they did not, besides I think the fault had something to do with the update they did two weeks ago.

Anyway they sent someone out, they determined that it was deceased and gave me a replacement (probably a reconditioned unit), but hey better than parting with cash,.

Just had a major problem with my Sky+, but managed to get it replaced FOC despite it being out of warrenty:)
