Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

I am not sure about the internet, i would like it to work but as ssxpro said, the price may be too much for most to want to pay. I would hope eventually that you will be able to use your own server, as for me it is very cheap.


Another thing is availibity in games, how many games are going to support this. There is no point buying the modem only to find that only a few games are compatible with it.

why not just get a free internet service? it works for me/

Will internet succeed? I`ll only use it if its cheap, and that may not happen. As a student, I won`t be able to afford very much in the way of internet fees, so I may not get the chance to use it.

One alternative is that I could just subscribe for the summer whilst I`m home and have more free time.

Ok, how do you think the games will improve by 2005

I know it is a long shot but how about a serous subject about PS2, any ideas now?

I guess that was a conversation stopper then.

I went to a carboot sale on sunday, there was a PS2 store and they were selling lots of newly released sealed PS2 games for £22 I bought Escape From Monkey Island (BARGAIN!) they also had lots of other games like Onimusha for the same price, next time I have more money i'm going back!!
