No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.
Why am I trying it out anyway?
The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.
> except ssx tricky won't be out until sometime in 2002
True. Perhaps you could hire SSX for a bit, then wait for the real thing.
If you really like the style of game, then its certainly worth going for. Its a great game, and still stands up to GT3.
If you are willing to spend the money, then you won`t be at all disappointed, but it may make you less willing to buy the next one.
you see i've never had a tekken game before....i'm can't wait!!
and i played tekken 4 whilst i was in hong kong...which was quite cool
> why is ssx so expensive still...it's quite an old game...
Thats true, none of the decent launch titles seem to have come down in price yet. I guess games such as SSX are still selling well enough at full price, meaning that they don`t need to reduce the price yet. I guess it might get reduced at the same time as SSX Tricky is reduced.
(Unless they want to avoid stealing their own thunder)

at school (boarding) i drink bottled water cos the tap water is so skeggy
> actually i do want to ask you something ssxpro....
should i get ssx
> or wait for ssx tricky??
Honestly, I think its probably best to wait for SSX Tricky. Its sounding more and more like a true sequel which is nice, and should mean a good update on the original.
If you`d asked two months ago, I may have said go for SSX, but now I think SSX Tricky is near enough to make it worth the wait.
