Why am I trying it out anyway?
The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

It will certainly increase the size, but not too dramatically. The hard drive add ons and stuff are capable of fitting in our expansion bays, (which of course they don`t have) so they must be quite small. I think they`ll be hidden behind the main console.
Also, I think the size thing was to do with controller size as well. Lastly, it was just the loyalty to other Japanese firms such as Sony and Nintendo that turned them against the X-Box.

also do you think the internal hard drive being sold in japan will be compatible with our pal systems...
cos when i next go back to hong kong (which isn't in japan by the way) i might get one there cos it is so much cheaper than england!!
