Yes, it`s been done before.
No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.

Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

We have 300 posts till lift off, but I`ve just realised that there isn`t much to aim for once we get past 1000. Maybe 2000, but that isn`t such a landmark.

The WLTRA is nearly 20,000 so that is a target, but its such a long way off that it may never be achievable.

99 bottles of beer on the wall 99 bottles of beer.
Take one down pass it around, 98 bottles of beer.

:-)

Do that three times, and we`re there :-)

Man, that was confusing. I`m trying to convince my brother to join in a bit, but as we both use my Dad`s computer it gets a little confusing. We both posted under the same user name just then.

Hopefully things will get easier for posting once I`m back at uni. That way he can sign in as Officer whatever, and I can be ssxpro at uni.

Anyway, I`ll leave you to it now Phil, but you'll have to log in again.

Is this name alright?

I think it just had to be done really. Everywhere needs its own longest thread, including the PS2 forum. After a while it may give everyone a new reason to visit :-) Rather than just posting the latest on a mag or game, you can also come and post another message on the longest thread.

A lot seems to have been happening here while I have been gone.

Another longest thread attempt, and on the PS2. Well, I suppose this forum does get too quiet.

There is no point and I'm

I asked if there was a point in posting PS2 stuff, and you say no.

Why is that? When we`re in a PS2 forum, surely the thing to talk about is PS2 related?

Why would Tony not allow it anyway? There are allowances for longest threads so I guess it should be alright. Anyway, compared to most of the complete trash in the FOG chat this is actually quite good, so go away.
