Why am I trying it out anyway?
The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Manchester United have set up a special helpline for their disappointed
fans.
The helpline number is 0800 won nothing, won nothing, won nothing.
Tottenham have put in a bid for the 3 Leicester players who are languising
in a Spanish jail.
All 3 turned the offer down saying they'd rather stay where they are.
What's the difference between Manchester United and Leicester City?
Leceister still have some players in Europe.

Nah ... only joking Sleepy, don't worry - it seems that a few of us have also made the same mistake, so have I, tried once to plug my USB cable into my spare ethernet port that was built into the motherboard, took me about 10 mins of cursing and swearing to work out why it wouldn't work.
Luckily no one was in the office and saw my mistake :D

The ethernet connection from computer to router showed my Realtek NIC as being enabled. Now can I sigh with relief that I have a NIC?

Yep, incredibly similar, what with the expansion slots and all. I still thinks it's one of the best pads - just not all that good for long sessions!
yep will do, bought my first everDreamcast yesterday £25 from Gamestation :) controller is very similar to Xbox isn't it, didn't realise until now.
Heh, and all it takes is a quick rotation of the machine :D
