Why am I trying it out anyway?
The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

I got it on import and it isn't as good as resi and it's a bit shortlived.....everything else about it rocks, though.
yeh i dont like the black borders on game so hopefully DMC wont have any
Devil May Cry is one of the most playable things I've played all year but I'm getting worried, The game has capcom's world famous borders in and I thought oh well it's only a demo so i didn't mind. Onimusha was nearly in widescreen with a third of the screen being those annoying black borders but I hope Devil May Cry isn't too bad when it's released over here cus it'll spoil it otherwise :-)
some of the pictures on websites look a bit dark though so you cant see any where
Devil may cry is very playable, great graphics and seriously addictive.
Res Evil CV-X is superb in its own right (the DMC demo is just a big bonus).
If the only way you can get DMC demo is by buying RESI (and you don't really want it) then go with the majority - DMC is a really good title. I doubt you'd be disappointed, I love it and it's not my usual kind of game at all.

i will have to rent out resi veronica soon because i want to try out devil may cry before i ask for it for christmas

Fast-paced action, Devil May Cry is simply brilliant. Well the demo anyway!
