Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

I sadly only get to watch an hour of buffy bacuse my mum wants to watch friends on E4

1 hour untill Buffy is back on Sky One. Its also the Friends Season 8 start date on E4. But I get the episodes from the internet so dont need to watch it on E4.

Yes you should get it at launch. Loki a SR staff regular said that all pre-orders for the game shold be sent out for the launch. I will be pre-ordering some time in the next few days.

Yep I will own a X-Box on 14th march and then a GC in the summer. Already had my PS2 since launch.

Talking of pre-ordering, I just pre-ordered Metal Gear Solid 2 from Special Reserve. Anyone favour my chances of getting it at launch?

I can't wait to get hold of my Gamecube at launch! Pre-ordered it the day it appeared in the Special Reserve mag!

Is there any PS2 owners here, who are likely to by an xbox and/or Gamecube as well. I find PS2 as great as the next person, but also think that these two consoles are great as well. Put aside your prejudice and tell me your answer please :)?
