Why am I trying it out anyway?
The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

i don't really mind the resident evil serias going to gamecube, it was good but getting a little old and repetative. other games like devil may cry make good replacements.
Yeh it is crackers, I do not think one game would make me buy a particular console, so making them exclusives is a bad idea. More money will be made for the developers if they make games for all consoles, same for the Resident Evil series going to Gamecube.
i was really looking forward to munch oddesy on the ps2 but it got canned and transfered to an xbox exclusive, (it did look funny with characthers on weel chairs etc.) i hate it when games get turned to exclusives for other consoles.
Yeh, Sonic would be good but I have not heard of any games coming out. Perhaps Sega might keep him in case they go back to console manufacture.
i think sonic will be a good addition to the ps2 games library.
but mgs2 will definetly have the best cinematics around.
MGS2 with the extras will be worth waiting for, but I take your point we have been waiting 18 months for this game and by the time it is released we will be aware of other games that will be at the same level and better to look forward to. I still think it will be at the forefront, but maybe not as far forward as it would have been 6 months ago.
