Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Same here, got so close to the finishing fight but never made it to the very end, as you said .. one day .. maybe after I've finished GTA SA :)

I'd go for FF7 as a starting point as well. I got the guide to the game but still really struggled at some points and never did finish it.

Then again I've never finished and FF game. Maybe some day........

Sleepy, which mission are you doing, can you describe it a bit more so that we can give you some tips?

I've done about 2.5 percent. Yes go me!! Only now I have to save the homies and with my driving skills I can see this one being a problem. Do I really have to follow the lead car or can I find a short cut?

I've also picked up 7 wanted stars but I'm innocent of everything I tell you.

* sigh *

I have to go do some housework now (shudders) and then I have a project plan and some tutorial stuff to work through. I've already been shopping. Somehow I cannot see this as being the greatest day of my life but it will be the norm for the next 8 months so I'd better get used to it. Except the housework bit - I only do that once a flood :)

Mozzy - I'd also advise FF7 as the starting game even though FF8 is still my favourite.

Hi Mozzy, best game I would have thought would be FF7, I know it's a PSx game but it's a fantastic game, then work your way up to 10 :)

Hamish, I'm struggling on the bank mission, keep getting killed and have had to restart about 6 times now :(

I'm on 17.65% done now :)

Question: What would be the best Final Fantasy game to start off with if you have never 'properly' played one?

Good morning all. I've completed 17.2% but i think thats only because i've found more tags than you. Just completed Catalina's 3rd mission. I'm away out now to go pick up my son and take him to his football game.

Well I wouldn't say I'm that much further than you, I think we're probably about the same distance in missions. What % have you completed now? I looked last night and was on 16.4% - just gonna try another couple of missions before being dragged off shopping :)

Damn, chose the wrong one. It was actually quite nice being with my wife while the son stays at his mates house. Watched Titantic( she chose it not me) and had a few beers and she had a few wines. You're further than me now Jive. So its now my turn to play catch up.;).
