Why am I trying it out anyway?
The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

yeh i agree but sega do actually bring out some good games so i hope Sony dont get rid of them
Does anyone else think the same as i do:
segas success was due to them being well known for the sonic titles that they bring out, little kids went out and bought everything to do with sega and sonic and all the grown up gamers went and purchased themselves a ps2 with tekken tag and ssx and then waiting for the excellent GT3 and gta3 not to mention all the ace titles coming out in the next year (MGS2) next week, i put it in brackets to catch your attention because you know that MGS2 will rule the world of gaming until a new blockbuster is released in the form of DEUS EX or TEKKEN 4 and lots of other ps2 blockbuster titles that are going to kill off the world of sega gaming and sonic!
sonic made its apperaence on TV so people were bound to go out and purchase a game to do with the boring yet innotive form of TV entertainment.
Just think of this next year as a PS2 year and lets leave the boring and childish sega dead where it belongs and lets get as many people buying a ps2 with MGS2 as possible.
Sega don't belong in the gaming world and that is why they aren't going to bring out a next-generation console because they know that it will not match the might of the PS2 and the other 2 next-Gen consoles.
Sega are now resorting to producing titles for these consoles instead of bringing out one of their own. Once the dreamcast has finally died off then sega will only be remembered for the mediocre titles that they delivered to us.
Sonic and Shenmue have got Sega a fairly respectable name, but no other games will be remembered for their innotive genious which gave gamers a chance to have the maximum amount of fun on a console.
When you compare Sega to the PS2 it falls short at every hurdle and it i time for us to lay it to rest where it belongs!
