Yes, it`s been done before.
No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.

Why am I trying it out anyway?

The PS2 forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest PS2 game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Does not sound good, whilst it would not show on the searches your solicitor did, they should have at least pointed it out to you.

It is worth noting for me as I am currently getting prices to convert my garage into my games room.

Hmm ... little tip for anyone thinking about purchasing a property.

If it has an extension - then double check with the solicitor and the council before purchasing it, especially if it was built by the current owner, how much it will effect your Council Tax.

I've just had a phone conversations with a woman at the VOA (Valuations Office) who basically have said that our house will have to be revalued and then checked to see what it would have been worth on the open market during 1990 - 1991 and then amend the Council Tax Banding.

This will no doubt mean a hike in Council Tax, which is just fecking great news - what with interest rates rising as well.

Now I wonder if I can sue my solicitor?

Heh Sleepy, well remembered, last night was quite handy really, I stayed in and watched the footy and she went out with her friends, I went down about 10.20 to pick her and another friend up and noticed that none of my mates who I drink with were out anyway.

Still I managed a couple of pints :)

Oh and I had to look after her two daughters - not a problem, they'll be good I thought .... hahaha ... 1 minute after walking out of the door, I'm outside putting the finishing touch to the last shelf when what do I hear, clunk clatter "Oh God" - I turn round to look through the window and both girls are looking at me sheepishly, cup of coffee all over the coffee table - ARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!

Typical blame each other moment ensues and I shouted at them to clear it up .... funny thing is, 2 minutes before my gf went out, she said to them, pick the cups up and put them in the kitchen .... nice to see we're totally ignored then!

Well celebrations all round.

Jive - many, many congratulations :D

Enjoy your evening out although I noticed already that changes have taken place. Your lass going out yesterday and you staying in but, but... it was Thursday!

Funnily enough as I've got older I've become a little nervous of flying, in fact it's making me a little queasy to think about it. It will not stop me going to Vegas though and I've had to promise to go to the USA with the hubby before I go with my best friend.

Frag - happy anniversary. Are you already engaged? If not be careful, it looks like the engagements / weddings are becoming contagious around here:)

Going to NZ as well, must be nice to be able to satisfy your wanderlust like that.
