"Resi's getting a gamecube"

Ok Resident Evil zero will appear on the PS2 in a couple of years but I’m intending to buy this game to play the bravo team mission and a GC to run it obviously despite the crowd Nintendo seems to attract. (damn capcom)

I've been checking out the GC lineup over on videogames.com and it's very poor, maybe perfect dark zero may be worth a look but other than that there's nothing remotely to my interest, If you follow Zelda, pokemon or the Mario games then your gona be over the moon with the GC, but they just don’t appeal to me.

I liked waverace on the N64 cus lets face it the playstation was pretty awful at any water effects but splashdown on the PS2 has the best water effects I’ve ever seen and looks astonishing, far better than waverace GC lets just hope it has a game as good to back it up.

The GC games all look very similar to PS2 games only with more colourful characters, less storage space and not so many great titles!, The PS2 has had a head start over both the GC and xbox but with these excellent titles It’ll definatly be the most played on.

It seems like Nintendo actually care more for their console than other manufacturers, which is why they've been in the business for so long.

i agree with REsi, the Gamecubes game line up looks very poor. only Perfect dark zero appeals to me at the moment. that is the only exclusive title that appeals to me. and that wont be out till christmas 2002 at the earliest. everything else can be found on the PS2.

Well I hope that you find more games on the GC to capture your interest. I am a Nintendo owner and SOny and Sega and Spectrum and PC and nearly every other console aswell. But I am a Sega fan at heart. I think that the GC will be better than the PS2 but that is because the games on the PS2 do not really appeal to me as much as the GC games. There will be a lot of crossover in games being released for both consoles though. It all depends on the games. Whilst some of the games on your list are good I think some of them are not that great. But then if that is what you like then that is up to you. Only time will tell.

I like Nintendo better and I was defianately always gonna get a GC but always new the great things the PS2 had and now am getting both!!

theres some good games on both consoles , but like you said if yuo like mario , and all those kind of games then you'll love gc , so thats me , and so i will be getting a GC because not that many games intrest me on Ps2 and sega have said that GC will get sonic , (and ps2 and xbox wont) so thats why im sticking with GC.
