My favorite game is Mario 64!
But yes, I agree that Ocarina of Time is better; it's longer, harder, a little more stunnign than Wind Waker and there are so many little touches everywhere. Still, I favour Majora's Mask over it. The game set-up was just... genius, and upon returning to it after completing Wind Waker and thoroughly ploughing through Master Quest, it emerges as the best of the three, and one of Nintendo's darkest games.
I mean going round and finding 20 odd pieces of the last triforce, that is nintendo trying to make the game seem longer.
And getting given 1 of the 3 first stone things, that was blatently trying to make the game like its predecesors, cause i believ that there was only 2 originally designed stone things (or at leats with an idea behind it) to get.
when i went under sea to hyrule castle i thourght yes great, another world with loads of dugeons, i am now in hyrule the game is just starting, but no i was wrong. I feel that nintendo put that in to also make it feel like the other zelda games, you know with the light-dark and young link- teen link. ultimately i feel that it was a game that had been totally reworked which was'nt nessecerily a bad thing, but on the whole made to feel or seem like other zelda games, rarther than be one itself.
and another thing, with a zelda game the sturucture is so good that i could tell you the order of things and where they were almost instantly, with wind waker i can't.
