It has been played by a hugh orchestra. I've got this track where it starts off with the normal tetris music, but gradually blends into a full orchestra. Tiss a really good track. But I lent my CD to a mate back home, so won't get it back till Easter! :(
And for the pop record. That's been done to! Came out in the 80s when the original Tetris did. Wasn't too great tho. Hehe, it's on one of those NOW albums to! They also released a pop record of the Super Mario Land level 1 music to. That was a bit of a dodgy blend of Mario music and rap...
:)
:D
Surely that's impossible?
Been playing the game untill the early hours of the morning! That tune is actually the greatest gameing tune of all time. better than any zelda, mario or donky cong tune! Imagine if it was played by a huge orchestra or turned into an actual pop record!
The teris theme tune slowly but surely becomes the most popular tune of all time. It uses its mindwarping power to take over every single persons mind on the palnet. It becomes the national amthem and then finds away to transmit itself into space. Aliens from another planet then pick up the tune via their high frequencys and gradually the whole universe has been corrupted and manipulated by the ultimate power of the tetris theme tune.
on a lighter note i think i will have it played at my wedding and my funeral.

Because there were only 6 number spaces, which meant it could only go to 999,999, and also because of the fact that it would be impossible anyway.
Luckily for me the cube version was a bit pap, and there was no free-play option, it was always tied to some objective or other.
I might have to get one for my GBA...
