i like most of you out there wil be buying mgs2 but what i wanna know is have the developers of this game gone too far and added just too much detail hmmmmmmmmmmmm?

Nope, although I expect even Konami haven't set a date yet. Most sites will list the release date as either '3rd Quarter 2001' or, even more risky, 1st December 2001.

The stoopid yanks don't have to wait for the game to be translated into stoopid European languages!

I heard it's released in the states in NOVEMBER even before Japan gets it!!!! A recent PS2 Mag says it won't arrive here till at least feburary.
