Why not have a web design compo for the budding coders of the future? You could give them a canvas to work on and see what they come up with. It could be judged by things like browser compatability, ease of use, loading time, etc. You could even whittle entrants down and post their URLs for us to choose who the winner is. Well, what do you think?

So, why not have it???? Between everyone, doesn't need SR to be involved if they don't wish to be. I dunno, say a Month from now ... 10th Sept, is the finish date, so get to your designing people, and let us all see which we like best. If SR don't get involved, then the winner can just get the satisfaction of being No.1.
