I really don't blame developers porting games from platform to platform, the monetory gains are sure to be huge - not sure how long Vice City had been out on the PS2 until it came out on the XBox but I'm sure SA will appear alot quicker.

It was to be expected, since the other two were exclusives.
It also makes sense for Rockstar, since the PS2 has the largest userbase.
I'll be buying it on launch, so I'm not bothered what console it comes out on.
