(ie. -£100.)
Are the ATI RADEON 9600's good? Especially for FPS's, like Return to Castle Wolfenstien... Nothing amazing, but good for online gaming anyway.
Or are nVidia the best?

Good good XD.
Hahahaha... Ph34r me and my h1gh fr4m3r4te on SoF II Gold... Mwahahahahahahaha, the world is mine.
Sorry for l33t but I felt it appropriate.
They gave me an...
Intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller
Quality eh?
Damn DELL and they're cheap ass pricing that goes down every day...
It was like.. £800 with an LCD screen and they didn't give me an LCD screen. Evil buggers. It's now £600.
But I guess I got a whole load of upgrades (2x memory - 120GB) (2x RAM - 256 MB) etc... And I printer. Which scans and copies.
So I don't feel hard done.
I mean, even if you buy the damn thing from some box-shifter like PC World (or any of those horrible places) you should at least take the side off and have a look whats going on.
It really isn't rocket science. If this was the case, people like the above mentioned PCworld wouldn't be able to charge like £20 to fit a stick of RAM.
If a few wires and PCB board scares you too much - then f**koff and buy a console.
settings!, so the 9600 or 9600 xt will be ok.

F*** WHY DIDN'T I SEE THIS???
F***!!! I just installed the RAM, and it works... Yay. But, unfortunately, I had already decided to order the Connect 3D 9600 XT for an all inclusive (VAT + P&P) £120. But, f*** me, I now understand what AGP means. And what PCI means. And what my PC doesn't have.
And why I have a huge problem, since I just got a message saying "Thank you, your order has now been shipped."
And now I don't know what to do.
F***.
