Ahhhh.....suh-weet!
Completed it on PSone.
Who cares?!! It's getting my Cube treatment.
Isn't it Phuzzy?!! Yes it is..... *look into my eyes.....* woooooooo!
Right, now TS is definatly on my way.... :)
Discuss your barely contained excitment.
The camera is still there though, but I agree the loss of VR missions and also the demo theatre from MGS2 is a real shame. Not enough space on the discs I think.
Besides the fact you said it was impossible one minute, and then agreed with me... you didn't seem too clear on the whole subject when asking about 100hz TVs, so how are you speaking with such confidence now?

I agree that mgs2 was converted correctly, but mgs1 was converted correctly too, and even if there is a slight difference, then mgs1 would be the better conversion because it's easier in ps1 games.
I couldn't help but think it was much easier than the PS1 version - maybe because I knew what was coming? I don't know, but the battles that were once a challenge turned out to be a breeze. Even the torture was tame this time around.
Just a couple of thangs:
Where's the VR missions? That really let me down when they weren't in there (or am I not looking hard enough?).
Where's the camera? I wanted to do the whole 'ghost-hunter' thing but I cannot remember how to get hold of the camera!
So, still a fantastic game, and despite the fact I finished it straight away, it was definitely worth it.

MGS2 was one of the good ones. I have both the PAL and Japanese version of it, they run at the same speed and the PAL one doesn't have a 60hz option.

That's impossible.
