Anyways, can someone help me by telling me what the best game is to get right now (Apart for Splinter Cell:PT) because im buying an XBOX bundle which consists of two games. I've worked out on my calculator (my brain) that i'll have 33 GBP (I can scrape up an extra couple of quid if the games more expensive than that) so please can you tell me the best game to get right now, Thanks.Oh, and could you tell me whats the best place to buy an XBOX bundle from?
In school, I mainly...
-grab random year 7's and sing to them
-give people hi 5's
-get told to 'cut your hair'
-get called 'Crespo'
-Score awesome goals :D
Although it would appear most take that attitude having not being warned after my outburst at the staff member earlier.
Not that i'm discouraging it, it's quite entertaining, and is something i'd probably do.
Keep up the good work.
Other games to consider are Top Spin a tennis game; ESPN NHL Hockey, which is an ice hockey game; KOTOR, which is a Star Wars role playing game; Jet Set Radio Future, a graffiti/platformer/skating game; Amped 2, a snowboarding game; Worms 3D, a worms game, in 3D, Project Gotham Racing, the forerunner of PGR2, which is not quite as good and not on Live like PGR2, but is still great fun; Amped, see comments for PGR.
It is kind of hard to know what to recommend to you. There are loads of great games on the Xbox, sure some are multi format, but many are not. PGR2, Jet Set Radio Future, Amped, Amped 2, Crimson Skies, Top Spin... are all Xbox exclusive and will stay that way.
If you are going to be really into online gaming I suggest you go to the Special Reserve live page www.sr-live.co.uk, download the list and then see what we all have.
As for Live... it has less lag than Central Station or whatever it was called. It also has some content downloading. The money goes to paying for the network and servers basically, which is why the service is better as there is money to spend at the other end. OK, so I would like a bit more content, but we do get some as it is.
True, many PC games are free to play online, but cheating is rarer, everyone is on a level playing field hard ware wise, and.. you just can't really compare PC gaming to console gaming. One of them you can sit in a nice big comfy chair with a beer and play, the other involves sitting inches from a computer screen in a collapsing swivel chair.
