Does anyone know how you code a Web PAge to check for the newest update??

So, for example when someone clicks the "Back" Button, the older stored page isn't looked at, but the Web Browsers gets the page from the Server again...

Add this between the and tags.



This will mean the page doesn't save onto your computer.

Yeah, there's a "nocache" meta tag you can add but I don't know what it is.
