Does anyone know how you code a Web PAge to check for the newest update??

So, for example when someone clicks the "Back" Button, the older stored page isn't looked at, but the Web Browsers gets the page from the Server again...

--> Those will control the cache (Set expiry in past, and tell it not to have a cache)



--> That'll refresh the page every 10 seconds

Hows that?!

If those don't help - you may need to use JavaScript
