I think it is going to be cel - shaded like Sly Raccoon, Zelda: The Wind Waker and X111.

Looks like a really violent war game and to be honest I was actually quite shocked by some of the screenshots, very graphic. But if the gameplay is good then I reckon I'll give this a go.
