Got this today, 'tis brilliant.
So far I've got a big-faced dog called... Bigface, a cow called Rainbow, loads of milk and some 'cultivated land' watered.
I haven't played ti for long, about 15 minutes, but it really is amazing.

I caught 3 Sharsharks in the space of 3 hours yesterday, and before I managed to do that I found a Big Yameme. That's a 1000g, my friends. I'm thinking of trying to capture one of every fish, and then make a huuuuge fish dinner. Perhaps.
None of the girls like me at all, well, I've got 1 heart off Celia and Muffy, I think I'll go for Muffy. I like blondes, as djerrud full knows already. Too bad about her extreme lust for breaking things. If she breaks anything of mine I'll snap her neck right off.

Ok, so they're no Huchep (90G- fish by waterfall) or a sharshark, but if you give a snelt and an egg to daryl everytime you see him around your farm (3:30 ish) after a while he'll give you the seed mixer for free. No 6000G payout for me!

God I love this game. It's brilliant. I've just had a chick and it's raining like hell. Nash, I might try that with the fishing. I usually go to the waterfall anyway and you do get a lot. But I'm gonna see what I get when it's raining. I've never caught a shashark. I'm gonna brush my sheep a lot too. Oh, also I'm getting married to Celia. Woohoo!
I have fallen in love with Harvest Moon. Waiting for the cows to mature sucks though, but whooo! I honestly thought I'd get bored doing pretty much the same thing every day, and it’s not like there loads of places to explore. But I genuinely do enjoy it. I've only just got up to Summer 1 but it feels like I've been playing for hours. Which I have. How long does this game last again?
Anyway, I am officially the king of fishing. I've found going at night to the waterfall when it’s raining produces fish that are never less than 90g, and in high quantity. No more rubbish rubbish snelts.
All the girls are ignoring me, which is nice. I want to try and remain a bachelor for as long as possible, and then steal either the archeologist lady or the 8 year old girl.
Murray has been annoying me with his begging waze, and he tried to steal one of my fertilized eggs, the whóre, but I stopped him. I want my horse to come, ad I’ve seen it on the box and you lot talking about it. I think I’ll call it Cripple.
Anyway, I've got plenty of time off now so I should be able to get some serious action in the next few weeks. Action of the Harvesting Moons type of course.

I don't quite want to stop, but I feel the urge to eat toast, drink coffee and watch Return of the Jedi. CUUURRSE YOOOU. What’s even worse is I’ve only got the version Lucas decided to mess up with loads of extra footage that looks dire. Anyway.
I thank Lou especially for answering my questions and forcing me to give t'game a proper go. I thank him from the very depths of my heart.

i dont know if i should get it simply because it costs 30 quid. I know its not that much compared to the game prices nowadays but still its quite alot. I just bought timesplitters 2 and himan 2 for 16 quid brand new and that was a good price. Any1 know where you can get it for cheap bcoz i really want it and i have th gba version. So if any1 knows where to get it cheap tell me.
Are harvest moon fans called "moonies"?
