Got this today, 'tis brilliant.
So far I've got a big-faced dog called... Bigface, a cow called Rainbow, loads of milk and some 'cultivated land' watered.
I haven't played ti for long, about 15 minutes, but it really is amazing.

Thankyou for your question, however, I must point out it is quite impossible to 'chat up' the women, as they mostly only say one thing at a time, which is usually "Go away now" or "Wanna buy some seeds?"
Anyway, you have to wait some time for your cow to mature, and then breed it I think, before it can give any milk. I know, it sucks, but alas. Talk to the old guy and he explains things.
