Haha reminds me of a joke.

What do you tell a woman with two black eyes?
Show Spoiler

On a serious note, i don't think gender matters. It's more dependant on your people skills and various other factors. A woman manager would probably get more schmuck off fellow male employees, but if she knows how to handle them properly, then shouldn't be a problem.

On the note of sexism, most women I know take it too far. Rather than demanding equal rights, they seem to demand more rights (ie. a man would probably be more likely to hold a door open for a woman. A woman would be disgusted if he didn't and a man wouldn't). What would the woman be doing out of the kitchen in the first place anyway.... *couldn't help myself*

I call it stop making jokes and get back in the kitchen and make me pie!!

There are roles that are clearly better suited for male characteristics. Not saying some women don't have these characteristics, just the job clearly calls for them.

And the majority (almost vast majority) of real successful business people are men.

I would say it depends on the job and the person, not the gender.

But i do believe women should be seen and not heard, in the kitchen cooking while i watch football : D

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Impressive control panel
I have to say that I'm impressed with the features available having logged on... Loads of info - excellent.
