hi i am a new user . just thought i would make a comment i am of course a woman and have had 25yrs service in civil service and would like to say i perfer a man boss any time first of all they do not hold any grudges against you and secondley they are not bitchey like us woman. in my experience woman will talk behind your back even friends . when told off by men they have forgotton the issue but women never do and will bring up at a later date. although i agree with some points you make.
