The 20,000 point GamerScore Challenge. Many websites like to follow the progress of gamers and the most common way of doing so is by monitoring the number of GamerScore (GS) points (gained by unlocking achievements) a player has.
I put this challenge to you. My individual goal (HM) is to increase my GS by 20,000 points by September 1st 2010. As this seemed a popular idea, many freeola users have jumped in with their own personal challenges.
If you are interested in joining the challenge, just post your target score and how many points you are away (or just a target amount), along with your Gamertag and I'll put you on the board below.
Keep posting updates when you unlock achievements. The best way (and most manageable) would be to post the game title and the number of points achieved from the start date of your target. For instance: if I had a Viva Pinata and unlocked 600 points, I would post: "Viva Pinata - 600 points".. Points gained from before the target date do not count.

Played the CSI demo. It was strange, because i wasn't really enjoying it, but i really wanted to find out who the muderer was. How terrible is this? I was so close, and the demo ended!!! I never found out... :(
Another 215 points from CSI last night. Pretty gripping game...expect a review soon!

The blood spurting is back, i like that aswell, i like switching weapons, the way you learn magic etc.

Emmie we should split the cost ;) They really were classic.
Everytime you killed someone a fountain (I mean fountain) of blood exploded from them. It was cartoony and over the top. The story was standard butwell written. Just..."cool".
Anyway, GS turns out to be 2500 on mine.

Managed to get it to 145/1000 before work. I've not even hit 30,000 yet need another 228 points and then I can focus on getting another 20000.

It is on XBL - didnt check PSN, it is really good. If the older ones are better than i missed out on something special lol.

Played Vandal Hearts Last night, bit gutted there are only like 200GS to get as it is a good game and i would have liked more : (
Back to Halo this morning. I quite enjoyed the little amount of time I had on it last night, although I don't think I'll get as many achievements as I'd hoped. A few seem to be for playing with others and I don't know anyone with it so I'll just go for the completion ones. The only thing that is off putting with it is how much you need to rely on the VISR thing - I would prefer a torch!
