The car chase in Ronin is pretty good with lots of 'In car' shots, as is some of the stuff in Thunderbolt (Jackie Chan Film, sometimes called Dead Heat), Also The French Connection or the Blues Brothers, the Tank/car chase in Goldeneye is an interesting slant on the genre if nothing else.
Ronin is my favourite though.
