There's another bulletproof car in Vice City...The Driver mission for the Malibu Club missions...after it you get a Bulletproof Sabre Turbo

I don't know if you know this already, but there's also a bullet-proof car in Vice City. When you do the Guardian Angel mission where you have to protect Diaz, just shoot Diaz to fail the mission. Then take the white car that he arrived in, then store it in one of your garages. That car is brilliant, especially when it comes to the Deathrow mission.

Hookers should be able to go into other peoples' cars. Then you could follow them to their 'private spot' then walk up to the front of the car and shoot the pair of them through the windscreen. Then you make off with the money.
