Ok, a light hearted topic purely for fun, and be honest now or there's no point.

1)How old when you first got drunk?
2)How old when you first bought a drink?
3)How old when you went to see an 18 cert film?
4)How old when you lost your virginity? (and if you haven't, say so because there is nothing wrong with that at all)

I'll go first:

1) I was 8. I used to hassle my mum for a glass of beer when they had one. She bought me a can of Special Brew and said if I drank it all, I could drink as often as I wanted.
I did drink it, and was so ill I didn't touch drink again until I was 14.

2) 16
3) 17 - Total Recall
4) 18

But the thing is, when you're 16 they do seem to mean SO much don't they.

I suppose it's because you think if you do these things then you're a man! You've become an adult!

But when you look back on it, it's really trivial.

Like when you first start shaving, I thought Yes! I'm a grown up, but now shaving everyday is a pain in the rear, I wish I didn't have to.

Nor me, that's why I was curious about the things that are supposed to signify "passage into adulthood".

Still to be fair, most of the people on this forums aren't old enough.

I'd be surprised if some one who was 14 said "Yep! I'm not a virgin!" But it is something people seem to get embarrassed about.

Don't know why though...

It was going pretty well, and that's why I put "Be honest or there's no point"

Still, if there are some people embarassed by that question then that's fair enough.
Some people admitted to still being virgins, because they're wise enough to realise it doesn't matter at all.

Yet the sniggers and red faced "I'm not answering that!" swiftly followed.
