As you all should know by now, as Goatboy has been publicising (sp?) it like hell, Microsoft's Train Simulator is released today! Woohoo!

Well, just to let you know that they weren't the first to release a train game. Sensible, the people behind Sensible World Of Soccer and a number of quality games for the Amiga back in the early 90's also released a game called....

Wait for it.........

Sensible Train Spotter!

Yep! Thats right, Sensible Trainspotter, where you had to spot trains, in 2-D, going past a platform where you held your 'Virtual Clipboard'. You had to cross the trains off the list as they went past the platform. Riveting Stuff!

So really, you should thank Microsoft, at least you can now drive the trains forwards and, err, forwards slightly slower. So well done to MS!

Exactly! Failing the 'net action, a good substitute is 3 mates, a couple of pizzas, lots of beers and a copy of Goldeneye or Mario Kart

Someone needs to invent a rolladeck of excuses...

So if someone rings up to ask you out, and you cant be bothered/dont want to go out, you can select one of the avalible excuses...

Never be caught short again!

It's in Stock!!!!!!!!

Oh happy days...monday tuesday happy days...wednesday thursday happy days...

I'm phoning my girlfriend to say I can't go round there tonight and go out for a meal and stuff as I'm driving a pretend train in my room.

On my own.

Crying softly as the rain slaps the window and I see myself reflected back.

An empty, broken husk of a man.
But it's ok, because the train game is here.

Yeah but i bet that sensible train spotter wasn't half as good as Train simulater wil prove to be, I can see it being the game of the year. I'm gonna buy my version of the game from the shop called GAME cos if you do you get a free pair of binoculars and a yellow rain coat, oh yes. I need a new rain coat my other one is still stained from the last time i went on a train and wet myself with sheer excitement.

*Stick sits proudly typing away in his urine stained rain coat.*
