No Worms Forts for the GameCube. I seems that yet another development team has pulled out of Cube support, which obviously isn't a good thing at all.

Worms 3D was great fun, it's quite a bit rubbish that we won't get the sequel.

Bah.

On a lighter note, Dringo will most likely be pleased to see this: http://www.instat.com/press.asp?ID=951&sku=IN0401151ID

Don't SEGA publish it?

The starnge thing is, multiformat titles don't sell that badly on the Cube. BG&E sold most on the Cube (if I remember correctly), and I think XIII sold more than the PS2 version.

Developers like Eidos and Acclaim just use them as a scapegoat for sh** games selling badly.

Gawd, do the Cube versions really sell that bad that we can't even get half the multiplatform games anymore?

Kinda related to that article:

"Bloomberg is reporting that confidence in Nintendo is continuing to grow in Japan, despite initial worries that the company would be facing very stiff and potentially damaging opposition from Sony in the form of their PSP handheld machine.

Nintendo stocks dropped a massive 19% following the announcement of the PSP console last year, but since then figures have risen a very impressive 39%. The reason for this? Well as analysts explain, Sony’s machine is looking like posing very little threat to Nintendo’s 95% handheld market dominance.

The PSP could price in at a hefty price bracket of between $250 and $400 predicts another analyst, with video and music features adding to the cost and changing the market away from Nintendo’s entirely gaming focus."
