Worms 3D was great fun, it's quite a bit rubbish that we won't get the sequel.
Bah.
On a lighter note, Dringo will most likely be pleased to see this: http://www.instat.com/press.asp?ID=951&sku=IN0401151ID

I agree there - I will not be purchasing the GameCube version because I have the Xbox version and enjoy Xbox Live play.
Nintendo need to bring out an online service next system. It may not be the future for Mario, Zelda, Metroid, etc, but it is the future of third party games.

Why are Eidos publishing it? After EA bought out Free Radical I thought they'd publish their games from now on.

But nobody will by Rainbow Six 3 if they have an Xbox, PS2 or a PC because it is out already on other formats, will probably be cheaper by the time it is released on GC, and it is online enabled on other platforms.
Out of nowhere it seems - I can't remember many fantastic games from the in the past, but now everywhere you look - it's Ubi

It is Team 17. This was said a while back, that they wouldn't be supporting Cube anymore.
And Eidos are back. Kinda. They're publishing Second Sight for Cube. Despite "abandoning" it.
However, if I have incentive to buy the GameCube versions over the Xbox, such as Link's inclusion in Soul Calibur 2, then I'll gladly do so.
And I'm sure I'm not the only multi-console owner to think like that.
But that's because they launched their games 6 months too late over the other platforms.
If the company just spoke to Nintendo then Nintendo could offer them something in order to help them sell.
Nintendo advertise EA products and give away their titles on the STARS catalogue.
Ubi-soft always talk to the Big N for week long exclusive deals, reduced licensing fee's and also STAR catalogue use.
Namco go the furthest with the use of seperate games (Pac MAn Vs.) and Nintendo characters to sell their products.
All those 3 companies enjoy success on the Nintendo system, Acclaim and Eidos are just too lazy to cater for the market Nintendo hold. Appeal to the Nintendo fans like the above 3 do by letting Nintendo help and the games will sell.
But they don't.
Look at it this way, Acclaim, Eidios and Midway are all companies that suffered poor sales, so they cancelled the Cube software. All 3 companies are in a lot of trouble at the moment.
EA, Namco, SEGA and Ubi-soft are 4 of the strongest 3rd party companies in the world and they support the cube avidly.
So is Nintendo really to blame for poor finacial situations?
