Yeah I know it'd been done before, but now there are a few more Mac users on these forums and a few more potential Mac users, I thought I'd re-start it and get your opinions.

Mac's are not expensive, can you please stop saying this! Right then, you can buy a MAXX PC for a crap load, or buy a G4 Cube for a crap less! And the Cube is better!

Mac's are not expensive, can you please stop saying this! Right then, you can buy a MAXX PC for a crap load, or buy a G4 Cube for a crap less! And the Cube is better!

Heheheh, that's something I never thought I'd see! Reaper being complimentry towards Macs!
It's never 100% reliable (whatever you may claim), same principle as WINE (Wine Is Not an Emulator) for Linux..
The PC does has just as many editing apps available, true, but Mac specialise in it - the Mac version do have extra features, or work more efficiently than their PC counterparts due to the architecture.

Going back to what Joby said, tehre is a programme that allows you to run anything that runs in 'Doze on your Mac. So basically, the Mac can have anything the PC does, you just need that programme.
Oh rite!! You can get really good stuff like that for PC's!!! Cool 3D editor!! Photoshop Deluxe 5.0! Dark Basic!!
