Yeah I know it'd been done before, but now there are a few more Mac users on these forums and a few more potential Mac users, I thought I'd re-start it and get your opinions.
So, are Macs better than PC's? Or vice-versa?

hmmm.... no serious competition??? Well then just the fact that in the US Mac OS was outselling any Windows OS by the ratio of 4:1 doesn't mean any serious competition??? Oh well? And given the current state of the Xbox, with not one working (fully) unit, how the hell can it be released in 4 months time (or less) and how the hell can it do well with no actual games?

I don't think they will be in "serious" trouble. As of yet microsoft have no real competition in the OS department. They also make lots of other pieces of software. It is also unlikely that the X-Box will fail, it may not be as popular as the others but it should do fairly well.
