There are no major PS2 announcements from Sony.
No top quality Sony games, no nothing about the PS2.
No online wants, no single player wants, just nothing.
A not very interesting announcement about Cell workstations by the end of the year, and a hand held device.
So, the PS2 finally dying?
We've got Metal Gear Solid 3, and Gran Turismo 4 to look farward to as exclusives, woohoo :D
My Xbox might be my favourite console in the coming months, Doom 3 Live, Halo 2 Live, The Red Star, PES Live, and the full EA lineup Live, yes I want NHL on my Xbox.
Microsoft are now THE major player in the games console industry, and Live has swung it for them.

Slap :D
Not an Xbox fanboy, a game fanboy.
I own mor ePS2 games than for both my Xbox and GC put together, just didn't really see all that much interesting for the PS2 at E3, hoping someone would point me to something that might spark an interest :D
Or better yet like Mav said, just stop

Nothing happened, and you're the one who started all this.

You missunderstood. I was talking about 2 separate games.
You've been reported. I hope the staffies see how much of annoyance you are as much as everyone else does.
Google rocks and that's a fact imho.
I wasn't originally going to take part in this thread because I took the original post just to be the rantings of an XBox fanboy, but now I'd just like to add that all consoles demise eventually. The PS2 will die following the usual 6 month gap of "nothing released except for one game which pushes the envelope further than any game ever did before it" and the PS3 arriving sometime in 2006.

You're not right. Can you not get that into your thick skull? There are flaws with every game, so naturally reviews are going to point this out. Just because IGN or whoever points out flaws in a game, doesn't mean they dislike the game - it just shows that they are doing their job: being critical of games. Games critics.
You have made up information by generalising. Because some reviews you have read have pointed out a couple of bad facts about the game, and some people you have asked have disagreed with this, doesn't mean that everyone else will be the same.

Really, stop it now. You're making absolutely no sense. 1.) Here you've just contradicted what you said above by saying that gamers found the game a disappointment, while above you said gamers here found it amazing. Stop being an idiot. 2.) Just because some people on this forum didn't like it, doesn't automatically mean the majority of gamers as a whole dislike it. 3.) And because there are 50 threads in a post doesn't actually mean that all of them are slating a game.
Look, you're making up stupid facts, and looking like an idiot for it. Stop, now.
