Looking forward to a long and exciting single player though, if the first is anything to go by it will be a cracker!
The game is exactly what I expected, it takes all the great things from the first and adds to it. Everything it about it smacks as brilliance. Grab 4 platinum medals for my first 4 events but having played the original well over 150 hours I wouldn't have expected anything less than to pick it back up where I left off.
This brings me to my question though...
With all the events being split up into Medal categories is it possible to pick up all the Kudos points from the Metal through to Gold if you jump straight in and go for the Platinum? If I continue missing out on the medals in-between will this have an effect on my Kudos or do you get the completion bonus for each of the medals in-between?
I find it hard to find fault with it at all, and the online play is the bogz dollox.

I hope Porto don't dive all over the place like they did with Celtic. I want to see some football this time around.
> You mean you only just bought it?! Are you indeed clinically insane?!
Yeah I know.
Got a bit bored with all the racing shiznits and then I got Toca 2 for free last week and went for this today.
I gave MS £3 for Paris so why would I possibly want to give you 2 weeks of my precious life for then?
PGR2 > RS3 for Live play and > all in general.
So much to do in it, I've completed Kudos World Series, on bronze or something like that (I just wanted to get to the Koeniggsegg quickly) and have started working through it on Gold/Platinum. There is also the Arcade mode with a few extra levels and more races etc.
So much fun. Oh and get the Paris Booster Pack, 'tis great.
