Watched Newsround the other night and the childrens news show criticised the complex modern gaming. It then showed off Mario Party 5 before featuring a quote from Satouri Iwata about how gaming needs to evolve and become more fun, it's not about the graphics.

What a pointless but incredibly pro-Nintendo news article.

AND FROM THE BBC!

Well the last Gameboy didn't get an original MArio game.

I have yet to see ONE N64 port on the DS... Mario 64 x 4 isn't actually anything like Mario 64 just uses the same engine.

I can see it being the same with the DS.. all N64 ports.

Not like thats a bad thing.. Zelda:OOT on the go would rock.

But I would rather see more original software on it than the GBA has. I mean, it's first original one-player Zelda game only will come out in the Autumn of it's life and it has yet to have an original Mario platformer.

I mean the software being developed for it is meant to be new titles, like four swords, Mario Kart, F Zero etc... etc...

But really they are ports of SNES games.

Don't pick I agree.

Darwock has a point, but the PSP software is MEANT to be downgraded PS2 games.

Whilst GBA software is actually supposed to be new titles.

And do you by any chance happen to own a GBA? Because that's exactly the same thing (without even taking into account the SP, which is another version of a console which is another version of a console!)

And Strafio, the DS plays PSP games does it? Woah, that Nintendo delusion is running strong today.

The DS plays PSP games, so I'm not sure where that'll leave the PSP.

It'll take a dramatic price cut to make it seem worthwhile, rather than obselete.
