Just received the email about the .info freeola giveaway...

If I decide to take up the offer, does that mean I must use freeola as an ISP to access the domain? (as that's what the T&C imply)

Wow...now that's what I call customer service - fixed between the hours of 12-1am :)

It looks fab now - thanks Eccles! Expect to see a subscription to Instant Pro popping up very shortly so that I can add more pages to the site :)

I think it's a bug in that theme. Should be fixed now in Firefox and IE8. Haven't tested in other browsers as that will have to waiti until Monday.

Ah ok...bonus.

Just set up a basic account - Ghosts and More, but seem to be having a problem with the footer - as in it being stick right the way through the content on my page. Is this because it is a trial version, or is there a way of putting this footer at the bottom (I would say delete it permanently, but would quite happily recommend freeola as so far Instant pro looks great! :])

[S]*included a link to show you what I mean....*

£3.00 per month :D

£3.49 is the price for Freeola's VIP Web Hosting.

Which is why I am trialing it with the free domain name :)

And I am more than likely going to have fun building my own homepage

Which, if successful enough and not like any other webbuilder sites I have sampled, I will quite happily pay the £3.49 a month for...

...but I need to actually start creating my free homepage first :p

I probably should have made it more clear that the InstantPro Homepage version is FREE with every domain, including your .info, but the e-mail bulletin you received would have mentioned that too.

Unfortunately, we don't currently have a promotional/information page to link to in regards to the InstantPro Homepage version, but essentially it's exactly the same as our full InstantPro Website
Builder
, but allows you to publish 1 page live at any time.

You, and anyone else should they want to, can check out the .info giveaway bulletin online.

If you were to take our a free .info domain, you could still use the 'Homepage' version of the InstantPro Web Site builder for free.

It contains all the same features as the actual builder but is limited to only having one page...

May be of interest to somebody who just wants one page of information.

Thanks for clearing that up for me :)

At this point in time, which ISP I use isn't up to me, and my time is very limited so adding content, maintaining, etc, isn't something I can afford to commit to (which I would be doing if I subscribe to the VIP hosting)

So at this point I wont be taking up the free domain offer, despite how tempting it actually is...

On the plus side, I've always seen Freeola as a good value webhost (even if until now I didn't fully understand the t&c) so will be considering Freeola over others if I do decide to set up a webpage.

If it was completely free, I would have dabbled with my own website in whatever spare time I had :)
