No you don't. Dreamweaver will do that for you. All you need to do is act like your using Microsoft Publisher or something similar. You may find Dreamweaver easier, but personally, I find it easier to write HTML myself. If you feel the same, follow Cookie Monster to html goodies.

I bet, if you spend ten minutes reading the stuff at html goodies, you will be able to decode and reconstruct thesource document of this very page. It may be hard with the JavaScript, but everything else will be easy.
