Does anyone know where i can get free site hosting and also a decent site builder, i have already tried, geocities, but the site builder isn't loading, i have already got one at homestead. Any other ideas?

No

You learn off the website itself! The first thing that loads up on screen is "Free web building tutorials"

Just click on 'Learn HTML' at the top left of the screen and go through it!

I've been through it and haven't registered, bought, or signed up for anything on there!

Get First Page 2000 from Download.com, it teaches you HTML very effectively.

If you do complicated stuff it really buggers it up, and when it comes to tables, somethings it just won't do. Also, it doesn't know some tags such as
